Hi Molly, Our Super Acai Exfoliator is a powerful physical exfoliant, so if it feels too strong, try wetting your hands before applying to soften the intensity. As for Serum of Clear, it contains highly active ingredients like Salicylic Acid, Licorice Root, and 10% Lactic Acid, so a tingling or stinging sensation can be expected (think of it like ocean water on a scratch). However, if your skin is already dry or compromised, we recommend using exfoliants, whether chemical or physical, no more than once or twice a week to start with. Our Super Fruit Hydrator is a lightweight, oil free moisturiser, which may not be enough on its own for dry skin. A great tip is to mix it with Glory Oil to boost hydration and nourishment. In fact, for dry and sensitive skin, I would recommend Glory Oil nightly - it’s an extremely hydrating and nourishing treatment. Try giving it another go with a gentler approach: exfoliate less and hydrate more x
