Sonya's Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Sonya's Birthday Sale provides customers with 30% off all products, excluding gift cards. No promotional code is required. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
2. The promotion begins at 3:00 pm AEST on Thursday, 6 August 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 9 August 2026. All times are Brisbane time. The promotion period is strict and will not be extended. Orders must be successfully completed before the stated closing time to qualify for the discount.
3. The promotional discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional offer or discount code. Any separate discount code may only be used on a future eligible order if the code remains valid and its individual terms and conditions permit its use.
4. Eco by Sonya may reasonably amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary, including to correct errors, address technical issues or comply with applicable laws. Any changes will take effect when published and will not affect orders already successfully placed, unless required by law.
5. Separate orders cannot be combined after they have been placed. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.
6. Once an order has been placed, it is finalised and cannot be changed. This includes changes to products, quantities, delivery details or discounts. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer laws.
7. Express Shipping is not available during the promotion period. All orders placed during the promotion period will be shipped using standard shipping.
8. Free standard shipping applies where the order subtotal, after all discounts have been applied, meets the applicable free-shipping threshold displayed on the Eco by Sonya website or at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds vary by delivery country.
9. Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit for change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law.
10. The promotion is available for personal purchases only and is not available for wholesale or commercial resale purposes. Eco by Sonya may apply reasonable quantity limits or cancel and refund an order where it reasonably believes the order has been placed for commercial resale.
11. Discounts and promotional pricing cannot be rainchecked or applied later to products that are unavailable or sold out during the promotion period.
12. The 30% promotional discount does not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
13. All products are available while stocks last. Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve the product.

Discount Codes / Storewide Sales / Gift Cards / T&C's

1. Please note that selected discount codes are single use only unless specified otherwise.
2. Please note that only one discount code can be used per purchase.
3. Discount codes will not be valid after the expiry date/time and are stipulated as per terms and conditions of each discount code / sale. Eco By Sonya reserves the right not to honour codes after their expiration date.
4. Upon subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a single-use 15% discount code valid for one order within 7 days of sign-up. Once used, the code will no longer be valid.
5. Discount codes cannot be applied during storewide sales, selected seasonal offers or selected products. If you sign up to our newsletter during a sale, your 15% off code will be valid from your next order onwards.
6. Eco By Sonya is not liable for undelivered codes — add us to your safe senders list to avoid missing yours.
7. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed in conjunction with discount codes, and are excluded from storewide sales.
8. When using a discount code, please note the total of the order must reach $75 after a discount code is applied to enable free shipping.
9. Gift card purchases are not counted towards Free Shipping eligibility. To receive Free Shipping, order total must meet minimum spend excluding any gift card purchases.
10. Absolutely NO refunds on free gifts/sale/promotional items.
11. Products must be purchased using one of the payment options available on our website to be eligible for a return or store credit.
12. Eco By Sonya will not be held responsible for a customer failing to input a discount code during any online order/and or promotion, no refund will be offered after the fact if this is the case.
13. Eco By Sonya reserves the right to change and/or void discount codes / sales at any time.
14. If products are bought during a promotional period, these T&C’s may change.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is officially available. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item ahead of the launch date. No payment is taken at the time of ordering — you will be charged when the product is ready to ship.

2. Conditions

1. Maximum of 2 pre-order items can be placed per customer.
2. Once the invoice has been issued, no more products can be added to the order through the website. If you want to add more products, please contact hello@ecotan.com.au.

3. Payment

1. No payment is taken at the time of placing your pre-order.
2. Shipping costs are not included on the invoice. The applicable shipping rate for your region will be added at checkout.

4. Fulfilment & Shipping

1. Pre-orders are fulfilled once the product is available and ready to dispatch.
2. Estimated launch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Eco By Sonya reserves the right to adjust launch timelines without prior notice.
3. You will be notified by email when your order is ready and payment is due.
4. Shipping rates will depend on your location and the shipping method available at the time of fulfilment. These will be clearly stated at checkout.

5. Changes & Cancellations

1. Additional items cannot be added to your pre-order through the website once the invoice has been issued.
2. To make any changes to your pre-order, please contact customer service at hello@ecotan.com.au.
3. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the payment invoice is issued.
4. Once the invoice has been sent for payment, the pre-order will be held for 3 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the pre-order will be automatically cancelled, and the reserved stock will be released.

6. Returns

1. If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable or the launch is cancelled, you will be notified immediately and no payment will be taken.
2. Once payment has been processed and the order fulfilled, our standard returns policy applies.

7. Communication

By placing a pre-order, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order, including your order confirmation, payment invoice, and shipping notification. If you have any questions about your pre-order, please contact us at hello@ecotan.com.au.

8. Changes to These Terms

Eco By Sonya reserves the right to update these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our pre-order service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
