Discount Codes / Storewide Sales / Gift Cards — Terms & Conditions
- Single use. Selected discount codes are single use only unless specified otherwise.
- One code per order. Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
- Expiry. Discount codes will not be valid after the expiry date/time as stipulated in the terms and conditions of each discount code or sale. Eco by Sonya reserves the right not to honour codes after their expiration date.
- Newsletter code. Upon subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a single-use 15% discount code valid for one order within 7 days of sign-up. Once used, the code will no longer be valid.
- Sale exclusions. Discount codes cannot be applied during storewide sales, selected seasonal offers, or on selected products. If you sign up to our newsletter during a sale, your 15% off code will be valid from your next order onwards.
- Delivery of codes. Eco by Sonya is not liable for undelivered codes — add us to your safe senders list to avoid missing yours.
- Gift cards. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed in conjunction with discount codes, and are excluded from storewide sales.
- Free shipping threshold. When using a discount code, the total of the order must reach the free shipping threshold explained in our Shipping Policy after the discount code is applied to enable free shipping.
- Gift card exclusion. Gift card purchases are not counted towards free shipping eligibility. To receive free shipping, order total must meet the minimum spend excluding any gift card purchases.
- No refunds on promotional items. Absolutely no refunds on free gifts, sale, or promotional items.
- Payment method. Products must be purchased using one of the payment options available on our website to be eligible for a return or store credit.
- Missed codes. Eco by Sonya will not be held responsible for a customer failing to input a discount code during any online order and/or promotion. No refund will be offered after the fact.
- Right to modify. Eco by Sonya reserves the right to change and/or void discount codes or sales at any time.
- Promotional periods. If products are bought during a promotional period, these terms and conditions may change.
Free Gift Promotion — Terms & Conditions
- Offer summary. Receive a FREE Golden Illuminiser (valued at $50) when your cart total reaches $150 AUD or above, after discounts.
- Start date. Wednesday 26th August at 3PM AEST.
- Eligibility. Available exclusively on the Australian online store (ecotan.com.au). One free Golden Illuminiser per order.
- Cart threshold. The $150 minimum is calculated on the cart subtotal after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied. The free gift does not count toward the $150 threshold or the free shipping threshold.
- Availability. This offer is only available while stocks last and the promotion will end without prior notice.
- No substitutions. The free gift cannot be exchanged for another product, store credit, or cash value.
- Modification & termination. Eco by Sonya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Returns. If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below $150 AUD, the Golden Illuminiser must also be returned. The free gift carries no monetary value.
- Combining offers. This offer cannot be combined with other free gift promotions unless otherwise stated.
Bonus Gift Promotion — Terms & Conditions
- Offer summary. Receive one (1) complimentary Good Thoughts Cap with the purchase of Glory Veil SPF 50+.
- Start date. Monday 21st September at 3PM AEST.
- Eligibility. This promotion is available on all Eco by Sonya online stores where Glory Veil SPF 50+ is sold. Offer is not valid in Eco by Sonya USA stores.
- Limit. One (1) Good Thoughts Cap per order, regardless of the quantity of Glory Veil SPF 50+ purchased.
- Availability. Offer valid while stocks last. Eco by Sonya reserves the right to end this promotion at any time, including in anticipation of limited stock availability.
- No substitutions. The bonus gift cannot be rain-checked, back-ordered, or exchanged for another product or credit.
- Free shipping. The value of the bonus gift does not count towards the free shipping threshold.
- Automatic add/remove. The bonus gift will be automatically added to your cart when the qualifying product is present. Removing the qualifying product will remove the bonus gift.
- Discount codes. Discount codes may be applied to your order alongside this promotion.
- Combining offers. This offer may be combined with other promotions, including the free gift with purchase promotion.
- Modification & termination. Eco by Sonya reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Pre-Order — Terms & Conditions
- What is a pre-order. A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is officially available. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item ahead of the launch date. No payment is taken at the time of ordering — you will be charged when the product is ready to ship.
- Order limits. Maximum of 2 pre-order items can be placed per customer. Once the invoice has been issued, no more products can be added to the order through the website. To add more products, please contact hello@ecotan.com.au.
- Payment. No payment is taken at the time of placing your pre-order. Shipping costs are not included on the invoice — the applicable shipping rate for your region will be added at checkout.
- Fulfilment & shipping. Pre-orders are fulfilled once the product is available and ready to dispatch. Estimated launch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Eco by Sonya reserves the right to adjust launch timelines without prior notice. You will be notified by email when your order is ready and payment is due.
- Changes & cancellations. Additional items cannot be added to your pre-order through the website once the invoice has been issued. To make changes, please contact hello@ecotan.com.au. Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the payment invoice is issued. Once the invoice has been sent, the pre-order will be held for 3 days — if payment is not received within this timeframe, the pre-order will be automatically cancelled and the reserved stock released.
- Returns. If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable or the launch is cancelled, you will be notified immediately and no payment will be taken. Once payment has been processed and the order fulfilled, our standard Returns Policy applies.
- Communication. By placing a pre-order, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order, including your order confirmation, payment invoice, and shipping notification. For questions, contact hello@ecotan.com.au.
- Changes to these terms. Eco by Sonya reserves the right to update these pre-order terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our pre-order service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to pre-orders placed across all Eco by Sonya regional stores (AU, NZ, US, CA, UK, EU).
We value your reviews and feedback. To maintain the integrity of our reviews and to ensure consumers can rely on these to make an informed decision regarding the purchase of our products, we reserve the right under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 to remove or not publish any review that is fake, offensive, defamatory or irrelevant.
