Only Express Shipping option is available, as Standard Shipping would take 8 to 12 weeks to arrive.


**Total cost of order must amount to $75 AUD or more after discounts are applied to receive FREE Shipping. This does not include any purchases of gift cards or donations made to the Miracle Made Foundation.

*** Please note that Eco by Sonya does not currently ship to the following countries: Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Belarus, Spain, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Due to customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship any Hempitan to Singapore.

 

Cook Islands Orders
Note: Orders shipped to the Cook Islands must be sent as duties and taxes payable on arrival (DAP). By law, duties and taxes can only be paid by the receiver upon import.
Once paid, please email your invoice and payment receipt to hello@ecotan.com.au, and we will happily reimburse the cost


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking details are provided once dispatched. Please note processing times may be extended during holiday or sale periods

Some parcels may be delayed by customs inspection, which can extend delivery times.

All international parcels require a signature on delivery. Eco By Sonya is not responsible for lost or missing parcels if you have authorised delivery without a signature.

3–7 business days for QLD, VIC, and NSW
7–10 business days for SA, WA, ACT and TAS
7–14 business days for NT

  • Australia - Express Shipping - shipped by Australia Post

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days to most metro areas (up to 7–10 business days for remote areas).

  • International - shipped by DHL Express

Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days (customs delays may extend delivery times).
We ship to both residential and business addresses.
Please note we are unable to ship to Parcel Lockers and PO box addresses outside of Australia. 


ORDER LIMITS

A maximum of 10 of the same item can be purchased per online order. For larger quantities, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@ecotan.com.au


AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave within Australia. This means that if Australia Post deems it safe to leave your parcel at the delivery address, they will do so. If it’s not safe, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

To request “Signature Required,” please download and update your delivery preferences in the Australia Post app.

Please ensure parcels are collected from your local Post Office within the stated timeframe, as unclaimed parcels may incur a re-shipping fee.

  • My item arrived broken or faulty.

If your item arrives broken or faulty, please photograph it immediately (in its original packaging) and complete the Returns Form within 21 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit. Please don’t dispose of the item before contacting us.


  • What happens if I change my mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, submit the Returns Form within 21 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unopened and unused, sent within 7 days of contacting us. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit (gift voucher) for online purchases only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a tracked service, as Eco By Sonya is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.


  • I have been sent the wrong item.

If you’ve received the wrong item, take a photo and complete the Returns Form within 7 days.


  • What is the policy for returning items purchased in store?

For in-store purchases, returns can also be submitted via the Returns Form with proof of purchase.


  • What if I enter the wrong delivery address or order details/products?

If you entered the wrong address or order details, contact us at hello@ecotan.com.au as soon as possible.
Because our shipping process is automated, we can’t guarantee changes before dispatch.
Please double-check your postcode and include your company name if delivering to a business address. Eco By Sonya is not responsible for delays or returned parcels due to incorrect information.
