Super Acai Exfoliator

I've used many face scrubs in the past and this is by far the best one ever! I discovered it by chance in a store while on vacation. I was incredibly impressed with how well it cleared up my skin from some blemishes. It is very moisturising and my skin feels great! I am looking forward to trying other products now.

My favourite product has been changed, and sorry to say, it's terrible. Can you please go back to the original product. Don't tell me that it does the same job, because it doesn't, it feels horrible on my skin. Such a shame.

I am a big Eco Sonya fan & have been using most products for years. The Super Açai Exfoliator now has a new version which is just awful…c’mon guys, you have dropped the ball with this product, read the pages of bad google reviews. Why change this product, the old version was so popular. The new one stained my skin dark purple, I had to wash my face & hands in soap to get it off, it’s runny, smells like excessive grape Hubba Bubba chewing gum, it hardly exfoliates & is greasy….very disappointing!

Hands down the best exfoliator I have used! I love how it makes my skin feel sooooooo clean after using and the scent is just divine.

This use to be my favourite product it was an amazing exfoliator and left my skin soft and clean. My daughter brought me a new one for my birthday and I genuinely thought she got a bad cheap dupe online I didnt believe this was real it was so different to old one. The old formula was perfect it was firmer and scrubbed and washed off easily leaving clean skin. This new version feels like I've caked my face in pure oil its so runny and greasy I needed to scrub my face in soap to break down the oily film left on my face. I won't be using it anymore or buying this again which is annoying because all the skin care packs include the Super Acai Exfoliator and its a waste & just awful.

Change of ingredients ruined it. Formula is completely different, doesn’t do what the old one did and makes me break out and sting.
Now looking for a new alternative, so disappointing. The container also is a bad seal, easily stays open, doesn’t close well, not ideal for a fresh and natural product.

I absolutely loved this scrub prior to the new ingredients. Before, it felt like such an amazing exfoliation and it left my skin feeling great.

When I received my new tub recently, I saw the colour was different - no issue there...but the texture has changed - it feels no where near as exfoliating as the original and it feels quite oily. When I wash it off it feels ok, but not like I've cleaned it. Also, I find the smell of the new formula quite off putting. Not a fan anymore, unfortunately.

This used to be my favourite Ecotan product, but recently the ingredients changes to include sweet potato and gardenia and the product is nothing like the original! It doesn’t like like the pictures at all and has a completely different texture and smell. I’m only posting this here so others know that it is different now.. very sad as I truly LOVED the original super açai exfoliator!

I received my birthday gift from you and decided to try this product , wow, wow ,wow I could eat it, it’s hard not to lick it off my lips will definitely purchase it again may be it can be my birthday present 🫶🏼🥰

Leaves skin lovely & smooth, & has a nice smell. A little goes a long way.

I haven’t tried the prior version so can’t compare but as soon as I apply this exfoliator on my face it takes away my headache/migraines!! I think it’s the salt! My skin just glows like baby skin, I truly have not experienced anything like it. I love massaging/exfoliating for a decent couple of minutes then leave for another couple of mins, then wash off. The smell might be to strong for others but I love it

This is my favourite of all the products- smells so divine but also when I feel a bit ick, it just removes toxins leaving my face feel clean and smooth- this is a regular in my routine!

I was a bit hesitsnt to purchase this as I normally find srubs extremely drying on my skin. I took a risk on this one and have not regretted it! It is quite rough but so satisfying and nothing my skin can't handle. The results are instant. My skin looks brighter and feels super hydrated. It smells amazing and is perfect for my face, lips and decolletage. I use before bed 1-2 nights a week and follow it up with the super fruit hydrator mixed with a couple of drops of glory oil. My skin feel still feels fresh and hydrated when I wake the following morning 🌞

I love this exfoliator! The best hack was mixing it with a few drops of Glory Oil instead of water. Softer on skin and beautifully moisturising.

Having used other brands like Ella bachelor, I much prefer this one. It honestly leaves your face feeling clean, without being drying on your skin. I have used this product twice now and will come back. I am really liking it.

Extremely disappointed with the new formula 😢. I’m in mining and the old formula used to be fantastic and leave my skin fresh, clean, healthy and felt amazing. Unfortunately the new formula is greasy and leaves an oily film on my skin and my skin broke out on my cheeks every time I’ve used. I have to agree with others, this doesn’t have the same consistency as the old one and no longer feels like an exfoliation. Please bring back the old formula. Won’t be purchasing this again

The original formula was great, but this new one - OMG. The best product I've ever used on my face. Smells incredible, makes my skin feel amazing and gives a lovely glow. I use it every morning in the shower.

I really hate to say this because I’m a big fan of the products but I’ve just reordered the acai exfoliator and I have to say I’m really disappointed.
It is really runny, the smell is overwhelming and made me feel nauseous and it doesn’t really feel like it’s exfoliating.
The old one used to smell lovely, left my skin so soft and you could feel the salt doing its thing and my skin would be left with a lovely tingle which was so refreshing in the mornings.
I will try and persist and use it again but it really did leave me feel very queasy and my skin certainly didn’t have the lovely fresh feeling I used to love.

I came here to say I could eat this straight out of the jar! The smell is amazing to me, I absolutely can’t understand how such a smell is created naturally, simply amazing. I’m new to this brand and product, so I can’t compare to previous batches, as some reviewers are expressing disappointment, but to me, this is heaven! It’s not harsh on my skin, it leaves it soft, to the point of me not needing to rush to put a moisturiser on. It’s salty and refining, emulsification is lovely. I’m a fan!

I just went to use my new exfoliating scrub that I bought myself for xmas... only to find you have changed it. 😔 I hate to say this but the texture feels like there is nothing 'exfoliating' about it, its not nice to use and smells like old / used grape Hubba bubba gum. (IYKYK)
Why did you have to change something that did not need fixing? Bring back the old version....please! Im begging you. Emma. NZ.
