Description

An all natural potent serum that targets congestion and blemishes for a clear complexion. Every ingredient is active, in other words, it has a high functioning purpose to consciously clear your skin.
Serum of Clear penetrates deep into the pores, keeping them clean and unclogged. Helps control oil production in the skin as well as fading spots and creating an even skin tone.

You will notice a tingle/sting when using the serum. Reason? It's highly active! It does something!

Lactic Acid (10%) helps remove dead skin layers to reveal a fresh new complexion. Great for stimulating the renewal of collagen, a fibre that helps keep the skin firm.
Salicylic Acid is the deep cleaner of pores and helps to prevent future acne and breakouts. It soothes inflammation and assists with reducing oil production.
Licorice Root is a super ingredient that is fabulous at skin brightening, has anti-inflammatory benefits, targets pigmentation and soothes irritated skin.

I was suffering from some hormonal breakouts around my chin and jaw (menopause is so fun!) and they have completely cleared up since I started using Serum of Clear. I have also been using the citrus cleanser and glory oil and I think the combination is really working for me.

Not for me

This leaves a slight sting to my face which I didn't enjoy. Which isn't terrible, but perhaps because of the outcome. I use this night and day as recommended and my skin did not enjoy it. I seemed to break out in ways I never had before. I tried for id say 4-6 weeks and it did not improve. I did go down to only using it once a day. Still no improvement.

Using Serum of Clear twice a day or every day right from the start can definitely be a bit too much for your skin - especially if you haven’t been exfoliating consistently in the past. Not only because Serum of Clear is extremely active, but it’s also really important to slowly introduce any new product into your skincare routine and allow your skin time to adjust.
We recommend starting with just once or twice a week, and if that feels too intense, try mixing it with our Super Fruit Hydrator to dilute the effects. Once your skin adapts, you can build up gradually. Use this method to give it another go - I'm sure you'll love it x

Made my skin worse

Sadly this did not work for me and increased any blemishes I had, leaving my skin with scars all over my chin and forehead. I have tried other Eco tan products before and had loved them, but this one was not right for my skin.

Hi Eve, Our Serum of Clear contains super active ingredients like Salicylic Acid and Lactic Acid, which work to deeply cleanse pores and rebalance the skin. For some, especially when first introducing actives, this can bring impurities to the surface - what’s often called a purge phase. If it feels too strong, start slowly by using it once or twice a week, or mix it with our Super Fruit Hydrator to dilute the effects. This helps your skin adjust gradually to the active ingredients.

Bye bye pimples!

This stuff is the BOMB for acne. My skin has never been so clear and has maintained it since I’ve been using this. Did also start HRT at the same time which stopped my cystic acne, and this has cleared the rest. Worth its weight in gold, especially for people with dry acne prone skin
