Body Milk

I loved the previous formulation, but unfortunately don’t like this one at all. The smell is awful, very sickly, I have struggled to use the whole bottle. It feels sticky and makes my skin itchy. My daughters use it under their fake tan and say it makes the fake tan patchy. My advice is the bring back the old one! I won’t be buying again sorry,

Wanted to love this product but sadly very disappointed by it.

For one the scent is just off, the vanilla smells synthetic and sadly gets worse as it sits on the skin.

The body milk also pills throughout the day as your skin comes into contact with surfaces this is the main deal breaker for me.

I will say if they could make the new hand cream the same formulation as the body milk you’d have a winner. The hand cream is rich melts in and has an amazing smell. It should’ve been the body milk formula.

Sorry guys you really need to consider reformulating this. Ecotan please don’t bother responding with useless suggestions to this review just do better if possible.

Awww.. What a shame .. I used to buy the original version from my health food store… Just bought the new body milk with the vanilla scent & I do not like the smell… Sadly .. I have to find a new body lotion to buy elsewhere :( Everything else works for me except the new scent ( sadly ) Why change something.. what worked for years before ?
I still like your other products but not the new body milk !!!

I have found the new formulation does not keep me as moisturised for as long as the old one did, doesn’t sink into my skin as well either.

I have made peace with this beautiful silky cream, my grief has healed for the previous version, I love all that you do for our skin, it really glides on and soothes, so thank you.

Love it makes my skin so smooth and hydrated and love the subtle smell No over powering horrible hormonal disrupting fragrance

I have used and loved the original Coconut Body Milk for a long time and received the new version in my recent order. Unfortunately I cannot use it as for me the new smell is overpowering and makes me feel sick.
The texture is nice and it absorbs well but the strong fragrance is a deal breaker for me.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for so long because I genuinely swear by this product! It has completely transformed both my eczema and my kids’ eczema. I have a four-year-old and a two-year-old, and I use it religiously on them morning and night—even on their faces. Since I started using it, I haven’t seen a single spot of eczema on my son.

I’ve also always struggled with extremely itchy skin, and since using this, the itching has stopped. I’ll be honest, I’m not always consistent with using it on myself, and that’s when my eczema can come back—but whenever I use it consistently, it completely disappears. This has become an absolute staple in our house!

I wanted to like this and I gave it a number of chances but each time I was disappointed. White it smells amazing and goes on nicely, it always ends up piling off if I rub or scratch my skin a few minutes later. I've tried it right after showers, after exfoliating but nothing changes.

It is a beautiful silky cream, but the smell is offf putting, trying to put up with it, really miss the original.

I love love loved the old formula, it was so thick and yummy and it always healed up my hands if they got really dry. The consistency is thinner now but my main issue is the smell 😭 The new smell is like chocolate/cocoa butter and that sounds yummy but it gives me such a headache so is not usable (not anybody’s fault, I do get headaches from fragrances now, even non synthetic ones). I miss the old body milk!

A beautiful body milk for dry, sensitive skin. Calming and nourishing. Non greasy. Love the generous sizing and presentation. The subtle fragrance is more vanilla than coconut.

I love the new packaging..but that's where the love affair stops. Has anyone noticed that the formula is different to the original coconut body milk. While the ingredients list looks almost the same, the scent is vanilla based which makes me ill. The cream is a different colour and slightly thinner than the original. It still soaks in but I'm not a fan. When my stash of original body milk runs out, sad to say but I will not be buying this product again.

Bought this thinking it would smell amazing with vanilla and coconut. Cant get a hint of either of those, reminds me more of a bottle of Palmers Shea Butter that’s way past the use by date.
Gets 2 stars for the lightweight formula but doesn’t sink in well.

Wow! I absolutely love the new coconut body milk! It feels lovely and lightweight on the skin without being greasy or sticky, and it dries really quickly, which is perfect for everyday use. My skin feels soft, smooth and moisturised after using it. Definitely a new favourite!

Rubs in easily, leaves my skin feeling so soft!

I use this every night before bedtime. It’s so nourishing and hydrating! I love how it melts into my skin without feeling too greasy. The ingredients are amazing, no nasties! Worth every penny x
